Looks like there's a Japanese indie switch game coming out at launch that requires the touchscreen. The developers have said that the game doesn't support any buttons, so it can't be played on a television.

little irked they can't stream the opposite way considering it mostly worked fine on the wii u. not a deal breaker but i feel it would be a natural feature to include.

That seems alright to me. I'd rather have some games that take full advantage of a touch screen rather than every game being forced to do both touch and no touch.

This would be find if the battery wasn't 2.5 hours. Maybe Switch 2.0 will have better battery life.

@cheetoman: biggest reason for me waiting on a Switch. Nintendo handhelds always get significantly better with there hardware revisions

It's not the end of the world, but I still don't think this is "fine." This right here was exactly the thing the Wii U solved and now it feels like a slight step back. Haven't you been able to stream games from your Phone/Tablet to your TV with Chromecast for almost three years now? How is this not a thing on the Switch? especially considering the thing comes with a dock.

Again, sure, this isn't a deal-breaker, but goddammit...

I'm this opens up the possibility for more Mario Maker then I'm all for it.
