In Capcom's Dark Void, Tesla appears as a friend of the player character, Will. Tesla will supply the player with weapons and items constructed from a combination of the electricity-focused technology Tesla is famous for and the alien technology found in the "void" itself.
In the Red Alert series of Command and Conquer, Nikola provides the Russians with unique technologies like a weaponized version of his own Tesla coils. He serves as a counter to Albert Einstein, who supplies the Allies with his chrono and prism technologies.
In Assassin's Creed II, Subject 16 leaves clues to suggest that Tesla's inventions and ground breaking technology were due in part to a Piece of Eden.
There are many other games where Tesla does not necessarily appear, but technology designed by or named after him (both real and fake) appears in the game - the Tesla Cannon, for example.
