Navarro is introduced as the right-hand man of Gabriel Roman, leading the mercenaries in service of Roman's goals. However, near the end of the game Navarro kills Roman, revealing that he has been manipulating him from the start.
After being chased by Nathan Drake, Navarro presumably dies when he falls into the ocean, the El Dorado sarcophagus tied to his leg.
Like most characters, he is playable in the form of an unlockable skin for Drake in Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, and also Uncharted 2 if players own the DLC for it.
Navarro was first made available as a multiplayer skin for Uncharted 2 through codes given out at Comic-Con 2009; later the skin was released as part of DLC for Uncharted 2, and later Uncharted 3.
Navarro is voiced and mo-capped by Robin Atkin Downes.
