The only memorable thing about this game may be the litigation it spawned.
In February 2009, SouthPeak wanted to order roughly 50000 copies of the game from Nintendo, but did not have the funds needed to pay in advance. Terry Phillips, SouthPeak's chairman, paid for the games from his own personal funds. This was not initially disclosed on SouthPeak's financial report. Andrea Gail Jones, SouthPeak's CFO, learned of the omission, raised concerns with the company's audit committee, and was ultimately terminated. She sued and ultimately won damages.
