What I mean by this, is when Bad Company 2 comes out, will you stop playing Modern Warfare 2s kick ass multilayer in favor of Bad Company 2?

Will you Drop MW2 for Bad Company 2 (Multiplayer)
I'm a pretty fickle gamer, so I'll probably leave Modern Warfare 2 behind soon, regardless of its great multiplayer.
But I'm pretty sure it won't be for Bad Company 2.
Bad Company 2 looks pretty sweet. I think by then, I'll be bored with MW2 and will want to try something different. I will definitely buy it. But then again i have about 50 games i have to complete first.
I don't really care how "high quality" BC2 ends up being, or how polished. I've played Battlefield games, and I think they are terrible. Too much vehicle focus, resulting in people rushing to vehicles, fighting over them, and a few players inevitably getting left behind. The game is also too slow paced for me. I felt like I spent more time running around, capturing objectives, and doing other things then I did actually fighting, and shooting at other players.
MW2 provides a tight, compact package where you can jump in, and instantly be in the thick of the battle, and go it alone if you so choose. My time is precious, so I want games where I can get some quick gratification, and then turn it off. Always seemed to me that Battlefield games required a lot of dedication. Getting a solid 4-5 man team together that you can play with all the time, every day, and get familiar with. I just don't have the desire to do that, and even if I did, I wouldn't have the time.
I said no, I mean, I played bad company one and honestly I just felt like I was getting completely destroyed. Maybe bad company is just to hardcore for me or something but MW2 seems like it's a lot easier for me to get a favorable kill death ratio.
I'm able to play both.
So no, I won't, I'll just switch between the two of them.
Now if I was a retarded monkey with no hands and I liked, instead of throwing it, to eat my own poop then yeah, I would probably also be dumb enough to give up one thing for another
I said no. I will pick BC2 up and play the multiplayer a lot, but I'm not going to stop playing MW2. It's not like you can't play both.
I hope the MW2 community wont die, that's all that concerns me XD.
I've grown too much in love with MW/MW2, you can say blinded. More like I will only play MW(esque) games. BF:BC2 seems just like a camp-fest thou, and, well I might give it a try, but things arent loking too bright for it as of now.
The arcade-ish feel of MW is just so captivating.
" I just might. I did not play the original BFBC, but if the controls and pacing are anything like 1943 then yes. Something clicks with them for me and I like the very wide open maps. I like MW2, but the customization in it all seems a bit too much at times. "
" Yes, I can almost guarantee it. While I love me some Call of Duty, I'm a Battlefield die-hard. They could slap Battlefield onto any old crap (ala Battlefield Vietnam) and I'll still play it non-stop. "doesnt it bother you, a BF die hard, that the new battlefieldz have game modes now ?
Naw. I do enjoy the Battlefield experience online, but I won't sink 100+ hours into it the way I'll keep Oscar Miking around Infinity Ward's latest gem.
