Jerid Messa is a character from Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam. He shares an intense rivalry with Kamille Bidan, starting with an insult to Kamille's name (prompting Kamille to punch Jerid) and escalating into the deaths of their respective friends and loved ones.
Jodo Kast is a bounty hunter who is often mistaken for Boba Fett. He uses this to his advantage, capitalizing on Boba Fett's reputation to get jobs.
John "Soap" MacTavish is the main protagonist of the S.A.S. missions in Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. He returns in Modern Warfare 2 leading Task Force 141.
Pilot of the ZZ Gundam, Judau Ashta was actually the first cheerful Gundam protagonist...and the first to do horribly in their initial fight. However, he improves vastly, becoming a major power in the First Neo-Zeon War.

Loran Cehack (or Rolan Cehack) is the protagonist of Turn A Gundam and pilot of the eponymous Gundam. He is sent by the Moonrace to scout Earth, but grows fond of the planet and its inhabitants.
M'Quve is an officer of the Principality of Zeon in the original Mobile Suit Gundam anime. He has appeared in some Gundam-themed games.
Major Metallitron is a giant Terminator-esque robot who is employed by the Red Ribbon Army.

A boss in Metroid Prime 2: Echoes. Created by the Luminoth, Quadraxis once served as a gigantic robotic sentinel that protected their Sanctuary. The Ing then took control of it, installing it as the guardian of the Hive Temple.
Raging Raven is the aerial attack and demolitions experts of the elite group of Metal Gear Solid 4 called the Beauty and the Beast Corps. Just like the rest of the unit her weapons and name reference past Metal Gear bosses. In her case Vulcan Raven and The Fury.
Ramba Ral appears in the original Mobile Suit Gundam. He is a Lieutenant under Admiral Dozle Zabi of the Zeon forces who specializes in desert warfare. Based off of real life general, Erwin Rommel.
