If you to the 25 minute interview Jeff had with Levine that was just posted, he was on the wrong stage just before he was supposed to go on, and had to run 40 yards to get to the right spot.

I think the Sony conference he was a little nervous because he was asked soon before the conference to go up there.   Also in the interview jeff did he said he had to run about 40 yards because he was in the wrong spot before he was supposed to go up.   Any of that would make someone nervous and twitchy.  

As ADAMWD said Levine was actually out of breath because he had taken up the wrong position on stage and had to run to the correct place just before his presentation started. It's understandable that someone would be nervous speaking to all those people at a conference that prominent though, I still think he did a very good job.
