Would like to see what "false and trivial charges" Activision is claiming. Would also like to see the Employment Agreement and Memorandum of Understanding. It sounds like Activision just went on a witch hunt for evidence to remove them. Should be insteresting to see what the accusations are.

Ye gods. This is what I get for skipping out on video game news for a week.

If I ever slightly cared about their games, let alone ever have an remote interest in playing one of them, I may care more, but as a matter of principle alone - I hope Activision lose.  Big companies like this are inherently evil.

Of course. Activision haven't shown any reason why they fired them. They just put down insubordination. But they didn't say what they did.  "

You know the one thing that would make this better? If IW was represented in court by Jack Thompson. I would pay good money to see that.
