Would like to see what "false and trivial charges" Activision is claiming. Would also like to see the Employment Agreement and Memorandum of Understanding. It sounds like Activision just went on a witch hunt for evidence to remove them. Should be insteresting to see what the accusations are.

Founded by ex-2015 employees, Infinity Ward is a game development company known for its highly acclaimed Call of Duty franchise.
Full lawsuit filed by Infinity Ward heads posted
That's what I thought. It seems "below the specs" of a standard lawsuit. It reminds me of the insane lawsuit David Duchovny filed some years ago, conspiracy and everything: http://articles.sfgate.com/1999-08-31/entertainment/17697591_1_series-star-david-duchovny-x-files-broadcast-network" The filing doesn't read very well. It's almost like it was written by someone fresh out of law school. "
Am I the only one who if after a lovely mid-afternoon brunch bumped into Kotick whilst walking home in the fresh spring air, would shake his hand before pulling him in and kneeing him in the balls, punching him in the throat on the way down.
And perhaps, teabagged him for irony.
"I hope Infinity Ward win this one, they deserve too.
"
This isn't Activision vs Infinity ward, West an Zampella arre no longer part of IW, IW is owned by activision.
The goal that I had in bringing a lot of the packaged goods folks into Activision about 10 years ago was to take all the fun out of making video games." Kotick later stated he tries to promote an atmosphere of "skepticism, pessimism, and fear"- Bobby Kotick's Wikipedia Page
... now THERE'S a guy you wanna work for. Sounds to me like he got beat up as a kid and is taking it out on the world now. Scum like him should be purged from the Earth.
One is the Corporation about how companies clawed some of the basic rights of people for themselves.
The other was about money with a name I forget and how a lot of money is created out of thin air.
Anyway thanks to US Supreme Court, here in America soon the entire Bill of Rights and Constitution will apply to corporations.
" @Druminator said:I've heard a couple podcasts with a neutral stance on this, pointing out the possibility that West and Zampella were thinking about moving to EA or something because they were fed up with Activision. This whole thing feels shady on Activision's part, though, especially after the document claims the heads at Infinity Ward were entitled to bonuses." All I want to know is, should I keep supporting IW or what? What is going on? "Of course. Activision haven't shown any reason why they fired them. They just put down insubordination. But they didn't say what they did. "
Or, I suppose another possibility was that Activision came to Infinity Ward and told them they wanted to pull a Guitar Hero on the Call of Duty series.
"When referring to the allegations made by Activision...I am so fucking glad that has come back to bite.This... this is just awesome. "Such actions are not surprising, given that Activision is run by a CEO who has been publicly quoted as believing that the best way to run a videogame studio is to engander a culture of "skepticism, pessimism, and fear," and who prefers to pay his lawyers instead of his employees.
