By the year 2027, the North Koreans have managed to unify Korea, annex Japan, and also invade the western half of the United States. As an American rebel fighter, it is the player's duty to help push the NPA out of the United States and end the citizens' suffering.
No. The campaign is short and not very good. If you have any interest in this type of game you probably already have a disc with extremely similar multiplayer that has a much bigger community.
I actually enjoyed this game on the 360. It certainly isn't worth full price by any means, but I thought it was worth around $10-15. Of course there were quite a bit of people playing the online on the 360, I have no idea what it is like on the PC.
Yes, because it's OK, and the fact that there's a sequel coming out by Crytek in 2014 gives a little more incentive to play it. I think 15 bucks is the correct amount for the game actually, people are just being a little harsh on it. It's not terrible. Just know that once you're done going through it once, you probably won't think about it again.
