I've heard it said so many times that I had actually forgotten that Sheik Zanzibar isn't the canonical name of the character. Forgot that he's just a generic sheikh character.

I gotta say, I saw this thread days ago, and I've played Miami dozens of times and reached very high mastery in it. Not fucking once have I seen Sheik Zanzibar, and it's bumming me out!

@gkhan: He's not in with the general public, even within the VIP areas, he's somewhere fairly exclusive to high status visitors, and he's not backstage anywhere he's chilling out meeting people and getting a little entertainment.
