Empire Bay is the fictional east coast city featured in Mafia II.

Lost Heaven is a fictional Midwestern city in the Mafia game series primarily based on Chicago.
A place where airplanes land and take off, hopefully. Also where food is really, really overpriced, and intrigue always seems around the corner, at least in video games.
The setting of Mafia III. Located in Lousiana and loosely based off New Orleans.
