    I don't agree with the dude cussing you out and shit,  but backing out if you lose is a common practice in halo 3. You party up with someone until you loose and then you back out so that you don't start blaming each other for the loss. I don't back out unless the last game had gone so poorly that i excuse myself out of the party so that i don't cost my team any more losses.
