congrats to Giant Bomb for finding a contest that's an awesome Idea, I won't contribute cause I know nothing about Halo, but I hope there are more contests like this in the future

It is a pretty good way to integrate the site into their advertising.

I like the idea, but I'm curious to see the response...and whether a bunch of fucktards sign up for Giant Bomb accounts and decide to add a bunch of dumb shit and/or false information to the pages.  =  / 
 
I have confidence that won't happen, though.  The mods will probably be watching the ODST pages like hawks...and plus, Giant Bomb is too awesome.

So how does this worth, the more points you earn the better change you have at winning?

I really like the way they went about this contest.  I'd like to see more of these and less of the ones where you just post a comment at the end of a news story.

Hm... I don't know what to edit.  The GBC (Giant Bomb Community) has already edited the Halo stuff pretty well.

I'm pretty sure I read the winners will be picked at random. This is fine and all, makes it fair for everyone, but I think the top wiki contributor should get a shirt automatically.

There's some great Wiki stuff here. The ODST ads makes me want to buy the game. The contest can only make the Wiki bigger and better. God I love this blue skin.

So the more points you have, the higher your chances of winning, right? If so then I'd be shocked if Lies didn't win something. I just hope you can't win more than one shirt.

I wonder if Giant Bomb will do something similar for something that isn't Halo.
