There is not a whole lot to say about this game. It is a city builder set during the Roman times with nice building morphing effects. It suffers from a low budget arcady feel. Gameplay is quite fast and hard to keep up with, unless you exploit a pausing bug. The cheap feel is at least partially due to the music, which sounds like a cheap midi composition.
