    General Akhboob is a character from Total Carnage, a Midway video game originally for the arcade, but was ported to several home systems.  He is the final boss and has several forms, including a Hitler form, and has many fakes of himself.  If Captain Carnage or Major Mayhem touches a fake, the fake explodes, but if either protagonist touches the real dictator, he is captured, triggering a final mini-game where the player(s) can electrocute General Akhboob.
