The Pokemon Gold and Silver GBC, still have it to this day and I can't help but smile every time I see it. Good memories.
Game Boy Color
Platform »
Nintendo's successor to the Game Boy, featuring a color screen and backwards compatibility for all previous Game Boy titles.
What color GBC did you get?
These still exist?
Edit - Bah, I read the title wrong. I got a yellow one when I was 9 or something. =D
Solid purple after a red gameboy pocket. Still use the Gameboy Color every now and then to play stuff here and there.
I had the solid purple/indigo one. I was the only one in school with that color so nobody ever tried to mess with mine.
Mine was a solid purple. I really liked the size of it, too. I remember when the Game Boy Pocket came out and I really enjoyed it's size. This color model was like gilding the lily.
Red here.
A long time ago, my friend asked me for it during a plane trip, and never gave it back. And I never asked, and it's been at least 6 years. I guess I had enough of Pokemon Red...
" I had the yellow one with Pikachu on the black part surrounding the screen. "This one. Yellow front, blue back. Pikachu and Togepi and I think someone else on the front. And I still totally have it in storage at my parents' house somewhere. Gotta keep that stuff around.
" i had the teal one, although i really loved my sisters see through purple one ;p "lol this exactly.
That bitchin' see through one. This tradition continued on when I got my bitchin' see through GBA. If there was a bitchin' see through DS I'd be all over that.
I had the clear purple one, and a pink one when that broke. Ahh the Gameboy Color.... So many good games.
