Man O' War is a character in the Freedom Force series. Hank Waters was a sailor who owned the ship Man O'War. In one of his fishing trips, a storm brews and is about to sink his ship, when a beam of energy X zaps him. He becomes Man O' War, the hero who has the power to control the sea water.
