    Frank is a ninja who is first seen in Shadow Hearts: From the New World investigating some rumours about Professor Gilbert. His master is Mao, and one of his fellow ninja students is Britney. 
     
    He has a habit of making weapons out of anything he can get his hands on, whether or not it seems to be a viable weapon choice or it is sacred etc. At one point, when making a weapon he calls a "fireworks saber", Frank claims that his father used to create fireworks.
