Do you like videogame music as something to listen to on its own? (Question of the Day 1-21-11)

Yup. There's plenty of game OST's that stand on their own quite well. 

It depends what soundtrack it is.

I haven't gone out and purchased a soundtrack separately yet, but there are some soundtracks to games that I do really enjoy.  The WoW soundtracks are up there, as are some of the Total War soundtracks.  There was also a mod for Rome: Total War back in the day that added some awesome music.  I wish I could find it to snag the music.

I really like the Metal Gear ones and the Resident Evil ones always do a number on me.

Its the only music I do listen to. Regular modern music fucking sucks and I've never paid for music in my life.

Depends on the game.
