killercroc, clayface, and probably even bain, poison Ivy and all them would be a bit too hard to ground them in reality

Clayface! Heck Yeah!

He would be so challenging to create in Nolan's realistic paradigm, but man, would he be fascinating!
I'm all for Mr. Freeze at this point - recent iterations have fleshed out a beautifully tragic character. (Animated Series, Heart of Ice. will blow. your. mind.)
The filmmakers would have a huge task of recreating the Freeze/Fries  in a more grounded context- make his methods more feasible, whilst maintaining the concept - see Scarecrow in 'Begins.
I see Stellan Skarsgaard. He has such a grim, sad face, and his European heritage couldn't hurt.

Hulk, I absolutely love the Knightfall idea - the story arc seems perfectly suited to Nolan's believable Gotham. Azrael's violence and lack of mortal restraint would create such a great contast to the ideas so starkly analyzed in the Dark Knight - how far is one willing to go to do the "right thing?"
