Uh, I think its usually up in about an hour or so.

Sometimes it doesn't get up "INSTANTLY" at like 10:00pm EST...just give it some time, they never dissapoint, you know this.

I wouldn't worry about it 'till about midnight EST. After that however, I say we all gather our pitchforks and ambush the bomb shelter.

Though,, I'm pretty sure it'll be up before then. ; ]
