I'd love to get a complete rss feed of this stuff
NDX Waiting Room
Would not be surprised if Nintendo brings Jeff onstage at their E3 press conference to announce more NDX.
@euandewar: Mind = Blown!
@equitasinvictus: It's probably really messed up that I can't even picture an actual Japanese woman producing the first voice in that song. It has to be an anime lady.
Edit: Oh god, that is a lot of train ladies. Why can't I turn this off? WHY?

I don't know, maybe the same reason why this thread will always live even if the train never comes back. This song is a metaphor for the NDX, hence lyrics like, " ♫ Train! Train! I love my station! " Either that or I'm really really going crazy...

Jeff should do a new ndx everytime there's a new Nintendo Direct

That's what it is right here. @jeff, you need to listen up here.
So tired... waiting for the train.
Guys... I think I'm going crazy!
This is some strange form of hypnotism, isn't it?
I think the trigger phrase is 'chiriririri'. I don't even care about anything other than my station anymore.
-train train wanna be happy gaaaaatagoto gaaaaatagoto-
Is the train late? It seems like it is late, right? Don't worry I got time, it'll come eventually, I'm just gonna close my eyes for a second, don't wanna be tired when I board the train...choo...ch...
Been moving my stuff over to feedly since reader is dying and was sad to see that the NDX RSS is apparently dead. =(
How will I ever get to learn about hot old nintendo releases?
You should have done the smart thing and downloaded all of them back when they were available!
Didn't Jeff used to actually write "articles" on the site every time he did one? Maybe try looking for those.
Wait, never mind, I just tracked one of those pages down, but the download link didn't work! Oops!
Maybe after they hire new people Jeff will have time.
Nah man, they just need to settle into the new office.

This is why I love this community
I really wanted to go back to the Rick "The Ricker" episode, but alas, it didn't seem like there was a playable archive anywhere. So I took care of that.
You are a saint!
@kentobi: I've only ever heard bits and pieces of NDX, so thanks for this. It'll probably be great listening to the hours of the undoubtedly timeless content of this podcast.
@kentobi: Are the audio versions still hosted somewhere or should I just rip the videos from youtube and then convert them to audio-only? I look around every once in a while for an RSS feed or website where they're hosted but I never find anything.
@ajamafalous: The Mega link is still active. There's no active podcast feed on the site, and the Wayback Machine can provide some of the original audio on Jeff's blog, but not all of them.
@kentobi: Awesome, thanks. Yeah, I had tried wayback machine too, but noticed it didn't work for many of them (specifically the Ricker episode, which is the one I wanted the most).
I thought that Jeff had moved all of these someplace safe where they were still accessible... guess not...
Okay, look, if anyone wants to host them I believe that I have all of them (of course I can't be 100% sure as they're on a machine at work [shhh! don't tell them])... prod me and I'll verify.
Jeff did tweet a link to all of them, but that was quite a while ago now. I'd guess at least a year.
I have all of them on my phone and have gone back to them probably once a year. This may be weird, but I'm pretty sure that the NDX run was my favorite thing Giant Bomb has ever turned out. Just all over the map in a wonderful way, all the more impressive because it's (usually) a one man show. Sometimes he's excited, sometimes disappointed, sometimes lovelorn, sometimes has special guests, sometimes is playing Mortal Kombat or Faxanadu instead of paying attention, sometimes on the attack against other digital platforms, and sometimes he puts a full fucking Bombcast within the episode.
If I ever had to answer the really dumb question "what podcast episode is your favorite podcast episode ever?", I'd probably reply with the NDX Ricker episode.
