    Which game was it?

It was 10 bucks at Walmart.

Let me repeat that: A Nintendo made game was at 10 bucks at Walmart. When it's $35 everywhere else.

Ever since Nintendo of America discontinued their Player's Choice titles (it's still going on in Japan), Nintendo games have been selling full price since they came out. Zelda TP is still at $50.

But it seems Nintendo of America is quietly lowering their game prices, with NPC Pikmin now at $20 (formerly $30), Big Brain Academy at $20 (formerly at $50), and then Fire Emblem.

About darn time. I hate Nintendo of America for doing these things while Japan (and now lately Europe) has been so cool.

But hey, this is my first Fire Emblem, and I don't know what to expect. I have heard very great things from the series (mostly from raving FE fanboys), but I think I'm going to like it.

Annoying too, because I got a ton of games on my plate already, with Chrono Trigger, Final Fantasy 6, Anarchy Online, Megaman 9, World of Goo, Mario RPG, Zelda: ALTTP, Donkey Kong Country, X-Wing, and FF7 still yet to be completed.

You do have a lot on your plate.  So do I, but I haven't bought them yet and won't for at least a month after Modern Warfare 2 comes out.  ;)
