So, we are coming into the final part of 2013 and still no sign of a release date. The kingdom hearts HD collection is two weeks away so I guess it might be soon but does anyone have any idea?

@panelhopper: The rumor is that it has been delayed to 2014. Though, they said we will know more soon. So, I'm guessing TGS in two weeks will probably carry a release date.

My guess would be closer to the release of Lightning Returns. Not too close, but close enough that after people beat it, they'll probably go, "I want some more of tha-...oh? A new one is coming out soon? Better go preorder it!"

Sometime before the end of March 2014, I would suppose. Because Square Enix is a terrible, no-good, very bad company.

Are people really going to re-play both of these games again or just want to own a copy for posterity sakes. I love me some Final Fantasy X and X-2 but can't imagine replaying these games again cause of the amount of time needed to invest in them.

No release date but my guess would be around February/March of 2014. They should've just released it to next-gen at this point.

I obviously can't be sure about outside Japan (as they haven't officially talked about that for a while), but the video in the stream today clearly says 2013 (bottom left): -Edit- bottom right... I'm an idiot.

I am really excited for this release. I never got to beat X because my save where I was at the final battle got wiped out by the Sony Holiday 2004 Demo Disc. Seriously, fuck that disc. I also lost my data for San Andreas and Shadow Hearts: Covenant which I was playing around the same time and pretty much everything else.

@i_stay_puft: Well yeah. That's easily beatable in like a month. Spend two weeks on each game. Not that big of a deal.

I'm a little disappointed this didn't come out before the PS4 launch.

So this appears to be coming out on March 18th, quite a bit farther out than I would of liked. March is gonna be a busy month for games, again, in i dont know if ill get around to it anymore.
