Yea if they do it rite. I enjoyed Fallout 3, but didn't enjoy the fact that the game ends after you beat it. As Oblivion lets you continue the game after you beat the story, which is awesome. Fallout 4 better be great, since Skyrim will rock.
Not to much. My infinite love for Fallout lore and first two games is not too bigfor Beth creation. End of 2012 may be good time for some post-apocalypse thou.
If they skip this horridly outdated console generation, or release a uprezed and actually good looking PC-version - yes. Otherwise, no. I'm only excited for Skyrim since it's Elder Scrolls and I've spent thousands of hours in those games. It already looks super outdated though, and I'm afraid of jank since the engine isn't exactly brand spanking new or that technically advanced. I couldn't handle that in the next Fallout, even if I would play it regardless, since it's my favorite genre.
Fallout doesn't really interest me. Its all the same where ever you go, a big desert and ghouls. Now, if they really wanted to do something cool, they would show us what happened to the Russians. Sure, they don't have vaults, but they seem to do all right withoutthem.
That was just one nuclear reactor exploding, not thousands of atomic bombs. And they're Ukrainian, not Russian.
Yes though like others, if it's using the new engine that Skyrim has or something else that doesn't freeze the game or lock a save every hour. Would be kind of interesting after all this time for them to redo the events in the first fallout game using the save style of gameplay done in Fallout3/Vegas but whatever they do should be good. Also wouldn't mind a bit more variety in the landscapes.
I have to struggle to even start play with New vegas, and it is on steam. I love the fallout series, what I know of it, but it can wear thin. FO4 would really have to be different
