You would think that Nintendo would push franchises like F-Zero and Star Fox. Both would be epic in a multiplayer setting.

Nintendo and Sega team-up and give us F-Zero GX.

Later, Nintendo and Sega team-up and give us Mario and Sonic in some sort of olympics-based-minigame-bollocks. Twice.

And thus, the cosmic balance is restored.

Lack of F-Zero (like so many things in Nintendo's corner these days) is an utter travesty. GX was one of the all-time racing greats.

Seeing as how a lot of games are getting brought back from the dead.(Kid Icarus, Marvel vs. Capcom 3, Duke Nukem) I wouldn't be surprised if a new F-Zero popped up in the next year or two.

Interesting point.  You're right what the eff Nintendo!  I'm ready to go fire up the SNES for some old school F-Zero.  Although, if a new one did come out for the Wii and/or Wii U need I remind you about those wonderful friend codes?

Yeah, what the fuck, F-Zero GX is one of the greatest racing games of all-time, easily. I hope we can get a gorgeous HD 60 FPS F-Zero for Wii U with solid online options, real (un)healthy challenge, good car tuning, track creation & sharing, and all of the great controls and track design that F-Zero has been known for. I mean they did make Mario Galaxy and DKC: Returns on the Wii. And there's that Nintendo Land F-Zero game. We can just hope and pray at this point.

We've waited like more than 10 years now, and the last release was Japan only. It's time we got our franchise back. Nintendo, Quit advertising it in other games, and start bringing a game!
