    Downfall is a Polish-developed PC adventure game distinctive for its gratuitous implementation of sanguineous material. Besides the abundant use of blood and gore, Downfall is also distinct for its juxtaposing of coloured and black-and-white backgrounds. Similar to the following game developed by Harvester Games, The Cat Lady, Downfall deals with matters of mental health. Owing to the despondent themes employed, and the grisly art style evident within the game, Downfall is not considered a game suitable for children.

    A Redux version was released in 2016.
