An Easter Egg is an intentionally hidden cheat or hidden content in a video game, also known as a "secret".
It may seem like bottom rung, but its your best friend when you just HAVE to find out if the Princess is in the castle and your date is waiting for you. Go ahead and hit those crosshairs until your shame is backlit by neon text outline, just don't expect any achievements!
Why are bad guys on so many game covers? Perhaps the developers secretly think they're cooler than the good guys.

God Mode is an ability, often entered through a cheat code, that gives the player god-like abilities.

A system that gives a game the technical capability to implement the effects of gore which include but are not limited to, dismemberment, charring, beheading and gibbing. Gore systems have progressed significantly over the years from enemies scattering into pixels to highly detailed body tearing.
