My local Walmart is selling the PC collectors edition (The one in the big box with the mouse pad, art book, etc) for basically nothing. I do not own any version of Diablo 3, does this big collectors edition come with the base game or not? The internet refuses to tell me. I assume it's just the expansion pack + goodies. Anybody know? It's surprisingly cheap and I find myself in need of a loot game...

I wanna say no, it does not include standard diablo 3.

Edit: I'm 99% sure the expansion doesn't include the base game; Blizz is still selling the digital base version of Diablo 3 on their online store. If you buy the expansion, you will need to also buy standard D3.

@therealmoot: Buy it even it you don't want it. Blizzard is one of those devs whose collector's editions sell for much more than they're worth only a few years after release.
