    Deku King is the head of the Deku tribe located in the Southern Swamp, Termina. He lives there with his daughter, servants, and a butler.

    In Legend of Zelda: Majoras Mask the Deku King imprisoned a monkey in a small cage. He blames the monkey for the disappearance of his daughter, the Deku Princess. Once Link sneaks in and learns the "Sonata of Awakening" the king takes this as evidence that the monkey was involved in the disappearance of the princess. Once Link returns the princess to the Deku Palace, she yells at the King for imprisoning the monkey, which causes the King to apologize.

    If Link takes a picture of the King and presents it to the Guide at the tourist center, he is rewarded with a piece of heart.
