    Does a windows 8.1 machine with a Intel i5 at 2.5ghz with a Intel hd 4000 and 4gb of ram have a chance in hell at running this at 720p at just under 30fps?

    I know I might be dreaming on this one.

    Yeah unfortunately I don't think so, the game is badly optimizied and runs far from ideal even on high end cards.

    I'd be surprised if it even launched with intel hd graphics.
