    As Vice President of California Life and Fire, Curtis Benson extends himself as a rather important business man in the world of L.A. Noire, especially regarding the Suburban Redevelopment Fund and its plans to scam the GI community with insurance fraud and cheaply made houses. Jack Kelso, an insurance claims investigator of California Life and Fire, takes a trip to Benson's home during the Arson case, "A Polite Invitation" and discovers Benson has a taste for underage girls and crime when he witnesses a thirteen year old girl in Benson's bed and finds the papers that prove Benson is profiting from the GI scam.
