Cross-Save is a cloud saving feature available on certain PlayStation games on PS3, PlayStation 4 and Vita releases, enabling the user to easily transfer saves between the three platforms. Hohokum was the first game announced to support the feature on the Playstation 4. The feature relies on the PlayStation Network's Title User Storage function, which limits support to save games of 1 MB or less in size.
The concept was originally promoted by Hideo Kojima as Transfarring, however as that term is a Konami trademark, Sony instead uses its own term as part of the Cross-Buy/Cross-Goods/Cross-Play initiatives.
