    Overview

    Cosmic Fantasy Stories is the third game in the Cosmic Fantasy franchise and was developed exclusively for the Mega-CD. The franchise originated on the PC Engine CD-ROM² (TurboGrafx-CD) and stayed there, barring this one exception.

    Instead of a brand new entry, Cosmic Fantasy Stories instead bundles together and enhances the original two games in the series, adding features like more complex enemy AI and additional player-controlled companions. Despite this attempt to launch the series on a new platform, future Cosmic Fantasy sequels would remain TurboGrafx-CD exclusive.
