250g of salted butter creamed with 140g of caster suger . Add one egg yoke and two tea spoons of vanilla extract ,mix in. Civ in 350g plian white flour and 50g coco. Mix till its a dough cut in to cookies. Cook 180 for 20 mins. That it the best cookies ever.
For a few days in high school my cafeteria had these amazing cookies.It was a sugar cookie with raisins,craisins(cranberry raisins) and white chocolate chips.I need to make some soon.
Subway's white chocolate and Macadamia nut cookie....I want one right now -My wife also makes an awesome "reverse Choco Chip" cookie (Chocolate cookie with white chocolate chunks)
Chocolate chip, or some variation on it--i.e. throwing reese's pieces in there, maybe a chocolate bar in the middle, having peanut butter chocolate chips or white chocolate, too.
It has to be uber-soft, and warm. No crunchy cookies for me. I will however, accept a frozen cookie.
