    This is a wargame about the battle of the Bulge. The smallest unit is a company, and losses are tracked at an individual level. Orders can be given to individual companies or to commanders, which will then use all of their uncommitted units to complete the objective. Because the commanders are reasonably good, you don't have to micro your companies.
