In my day of playtime I can't recall ever being killed by someone in last stand/2nd chance?
 
So why do people keep complaining about it?

Yeah its stupid, only useful for getting revived. I rarely get killed by it but its just annoying having to expend the extra bullets and time.

I usually just get execution right away
 
People just need to keep firing for their life ^__^

Lots of people use it in hardcore.  The times I really feel like the perk is worth it is when I get revived, and the first kill I get gives me a killstreak like the sentry gun or blackbird.

Or you get that last kill for your streak while down.

Same goes with 'noobtubing', I've had only a grand total of 31 grenade launcher deaths while I have 33 crossbow deaths and 75 ballistic knife deaths
People will find a way to complain about anything, really...

Yea not seeing last stand much, only complaint is theres too many 14th/15th prestiegers who are douche bags.

It used to be that the person would go into last stand and someone on your team would steal the kill. They patched that, but it used to happen to me a LOT.
