Does anyone know when they'll add them in if they haven't already?

It's not there yet, but it has been said there is to be some retroactive rewarding as the save games are locked to a profile to prevent cheating.
Otherwise I do not think there has been any sort of date set, but the game is apparently somewhat ready for it as the hooks to call the trophies system already exist in the game.

Last time I put the game in, there was a 350Mb patch, but I didn't download it. I just assumed that was adding trophies.

The update with trophies is coming in the future, probably before Davis. I know they said that your game save is locked to your PSN ID so you can't download a save and unlock all the trophies by doing that! But at least it means you'll be able to get your trophies for your existing game save!

Just wait for an update i remember hearing somewhere that trophies were coming

As Jeff said in a previous bombcast, the system is already in place. Not only that, but they already had challenges similar to the Xbox 360 achievements (most of which were the same). I would expect them to come with the Davis update in August.

Keep an eye on the PS Blog.  Something should be up there soonish.  I just posted (or submitted) a Trophy blurb to let everyone know with links.

Better yet, keep an eye on Criterion's blog.

Just keep grinding on the game like I am, see if you can have a platinum trophy as soon as it's released  :p

They will keep updating games and put trophies in them.
