In Penguin's museum, in one of the early sections with the display cases, there is a masked woman sitting silently meditating. At first, I didn't even notice her, but I eventually took a good at her and listened to Penguin's description.

Yet, I'm still stumped! Who is this character? At first I thought it might be Shado, but she's primarily a Green Arrow character, so I don't know what she'd be doing in a Batman game. Anybody see her who is familiar with Bat-lore who can tell me who the H she is?

Despite them revealing a billion different characters before the game came out, I've been surprised by some of the appearances so far. Thus, was hoping she was somebody of some import...

@ImperiousRix: She's the minion of a much more important to character to Batman lore and the rest of the game. Her appearance sets the stage for a new faction in the Joker vs. Dent vs. Penguin vs. Strange insane-o war for Arkham City.

You may be disappointed, but you shouldn't ponder such things so deeply. Would have kept that disappointment in line.

Well yeh, the League of Assassin's stuff intrigues me (especially if their "big boss" is really in the game, that'd be awesome).
