Atelier Shallie: Alchemists of the Dusk Sea

Atelier Shallie is the third and final installment of the Alchemist of Dusk series. It stars two girls nicknamed “Shallie” as the main protagonists. At the start the player is asked to select between the two as the controllable character, having all events played out via their point of view.

The battle system is a very standard JRPG turn based system; the main difference being the alchemy system that is integrated into every aspect of the game. The player is able to create new weapons, armor, and items (for use inside and outside of battle). This becomes pivotal very early in the game, as the player is expected to craft all facets of the game.
