     The Aerotech Office Park is a New California Republic run refugee camp. The Office Park provides it's residents with food, water, medical help, and shelter. The Office Park is overseen by Bert Gunnarsson and Captain Parker.

    The Aerotech Office Sleeping Tent contains ten different beds. There are some resident refugees who will be sleeping here, and Bert Gunnarsson, Frank Weathers, and Captain Parker will be sleeping here during the night. The player can also sleep in any of the unoccupied beds.
