    Still have not received my specializations in Halo 4

    My name is Eric Raver, Xbox live name xWIUxHackerx, I am posting here with the intentions that my problem can hopefully be taken care of. I have been a player of Halo 4 since 11.05.12, this date was taken from Halo way point. So upon playing Halo 4 since it came out I was expecting to receive the remainder of my specializations, since I started playing before either October 20th or November 20th I should have received these specializations. I DID NOT! Even after posting on the blog several times that was created to help people receive these specializations, I did not receive them from either my email or my Xbox live messaging. Now I'm becoming increasing frustrated with this because since I have hit level 70 I can no longer play online. So I would like to know what 343 is going to do to help me, cause I would like to continue playing online but I can not. So please help me resolve this issue so I can enjoy a game that I enjoy.
