I just got notified that I need to seize the advent network tower. It feels at this point the game is winding up. I want to avoid spoilers, so please don't tell me too much, but I have a few questions:

I want to develop the plasma lance and the warder armour before getting into the truly end game stuff, which I feel this mission is (or is close to being). I am right now trying to collect resources to get the two aforementioned items. In doing so, I am not doing the mission right away:

1. in not doing the mission will the avatar project continue to progress?

2. will the "plant the x4" missions stop now given the rise of this mission and/or will they continue to occur after I finish this mission?

3. If I do complete the mission, will I still have time to develop equipment if there are any more critical main missions after it?

@katygaga: For point 3, there is a warning message that pops before the mission that is a point of no return. It explicitly states that all research, etc. is stopped. If you haven't seen that message when clicking to start a mission, you can continue your research and whatnot.

For 1 and 3, progress should continue and I have no idea if any mission types stop showing up.
