E3 2018: Activate a Rockworm in Command & Conquer Rivals

I'm not a huge mobile game guy, but this looks interesting. I might play it a bit when it comes to check it out. I just wish EA had more faith in C&C and RTS's in general to release a full pc game, but we'll see what the future holds.

Man, that transition from cool CGI to gameplay always looks so rough on mobile games. Still, I'm down to try a new C&C.

What's up with that goofy 'remember me?' smirk Kane has. Makes me feel like Johhny Good-shoes is a bad actor that landed the Kane role, and is not capable to come across as a bad guy. Like that character could be a dude you find living in your Sims 4 neighborhood.

The 12 year old me is crying. I got Warcraft 2 and command and conquer on Christmas in 95 and this is just depressing this is what it's come to.

Man ... fuck EA.

I hope EA goes out of business some day and someone buys them who will do these games justice. Command and Conquer deserves so much better than this.

I don't know if this being live-action would've been an even bigger insult, so maybe picking a kinda middling looking cgi was the "right" choice.

It's kinda hilarious that they are clearly trying to lure in old fans with this by using an IP that I'm sure a whole bunch of today's audience knows almost nothing about and by showing (a bad looking) Kane, when there's a 99% likelihood that the fandom will hate what this is.
