First GoW on PSP was great, been meaning to try the second one, this might be a good option.

I've been really, really wanting to play the GoW psp games...and now I can. Fuck yes!! Goddamn...This, MGS, Silent Hill, and ICO/Shadow of the colossus are going to be so fun to playthrough again in HD. *gets very giddy*

Well didn't want to play them on a small screen, but now I might consider getting them, when they finally can be played the way they were meant to be: on a big fuckin screen with epic speakers!

Really excited for these. Never played either of em through the lack of a PSP, and they're supposed to be two of the best in the series, simply as GoW games more than PSP releases? Least that's the consensus I've read about the two.

I wouldn't say so. They're pretty good in their own right, but come up pretty short compared to all three 'proper' GoW titles. And yeah it's hard to go back to these after the immense spectacle that was GoW3.

It's easy to see how this is great news for anyone that hasn't tried them yet, but I was hoping the next GoW announcement to be much more substantial.

Second of all, those are all things that were not true about these before, so yeah, they are selling points.

When did we start calling very basic soft emulation techniques "remastered"? All they did was add A/A, no new textures or models. Layman can't tell the difference I guess. If they wanna burn their money away on "HD" games, so be it. Rereleasing shit is about the only thing Sony's got going for it.

@ryanwho: HD collections means games are are presented in HD. The beyond Good and evil HD remake didn't re-do the textures. The sly collection didn't, and neither did the other God of War collections. These are not made to look like PS3 games. They are PSP game in HD that you can play with a dualshock. It's for people who haven't played these games. HD does not mean more polygons or better textures. HD means a shitload of vertical pixels. This is what you are getting.

I'm excited for this. Never had a PSP and I've been wanting to check these out anyway, so yay.

I will be buying this, but I wasn't really feeling the anger out of Kratos in this trailer.

The PSP GOW's are up there with the best of any handheld; they look good too, and even the last one that came out, Ghost of Sparta, is still excellent to play. They look great on even the small screen, but it's great news to hear they will be updated for HD.

Ok, trophies. The point remains that pretty much every single one of those is standard fare for a retail PS3 release. It would blow my mind if a PSP port filled more than one blu-ray. Poor poor marketing on this.

It's both on one disc, so you can play both games, upressed and with 3D on your PS3. In other words it's like the god of war collection.

That was a great trailer. It got me pumped! Also, those PSP games are looking better than I thought they would.
