I picked up Trials Evolution after watching the Giantbomb Quick Look. I had not previously played Trials HD.

I have only mucked around with it for about an hour but know I'm going to get hooked. I tried some single player, multi player (and got belted) and looked at some user created tracks. This one caught my eye and blew my mind. What is extra crazy is that I was on that level for 8 minutes. Used 250 lives and was not finished. Then look at the records on the track page that were at 42 seconds. Crazy

Goddammit. Watching this clip I realise I quit out pretty much at the last checkpoint before the end. Hella Lame

Man, I stopped halfway through that thing judging by the video. Whoever that was made it look easier than it is.

Someone should show this to Brad given his abusive history with SMB & Trials. Love that someone put this level together as it looks great though hideously punishing.

Had to mute the video. Commentary seemed so forced it was painful.

We downloaded that and played a multiplayer trials race on it. Only one person finished, after at least 10 minutes. I died well over 250 times, most of them just on that stupid saw hop in the middle.

Fair enough there were some decent parts.

The level was not as difficult as I thought it would be, given that I'd never played Trials before. The saw you have to bunny hop was insane and then I got stuck at the last set because I had crashed out, and had to keep restarting at the checkpoint and just couldn't get over. Frustrating but awesome.

Yeah, that level is a fucker. Worst part is the saw you have to bunny hop over. Some of my skills from the first game (and SMB maybe) must have stuck, 'cause I did get through it. Going to work on the last two sets of Trials this weekend. Gonna be great!

Yea I got through it today. Only a Bronze though, might try it again when I'm better at this game. Surprisingly the saw didn't give me too much trouble this time. The last two obstacle though stuffed me again.
