I bet they'll get to it eventually, but ever since the first game i've sorta seen this as a c-list series. It's destined for the same bargain bins as dynasty warriors and earth defense force. I'd love to be proven wrong, that first game was great!

@gtb08: I was a fan of the first Sniper Elite, V2 was real rough, no where near open enough.

The Third Sniper Elite in Africa was super cool. I would say this has been a bargain bin title that has more or less climbed out.

They downloaded the game during the latest Yakuza 0 episode.

Do I need to play these games? I get the impression that they are schlocky fun and I'm really into that notion.

I had a decent enough time with SE3. Sort of a fun combination of dumb x-ray testicle-shooting and simple stealth gameplay.

Hoping Dan will play because the last Sniper Elite was his first ever QL.
