Breakfast 'N' Ben 'N' Bastards (05/30/19)

This reminds me of one of my all time favorite indie gems Duskers. Fantastic game that seriously went under the radar. I so recommend checking it out. It has the same "scrounging ships for loot and moving on" sort of progression but it has an awesomely dark atmosphere. You control drones instead of it being an FPS. Ok maybe its more different than I thought but ITS STILL SO GOOD.

Anyone else getting a periodic black flash on this video?

I’m pretty sure this is lower than 30, I don’t usually care that much about FPS but I’m finding this hard to watch which is a real shame as I was really looking forward to this one

I can't say for sure, but I think the low framerate here might be specific to this particular stream/video, not the game itself. I'm watching a VOD of someone play the game on Twitch and it looks *much* smoother (which is good, because a first person game that actually played at this video's framerate would be unplayable for me) https://www.twitch.tv/videos/431302006

This video is 15 FPS for some reason and I can't watch it without getting a headache.

Thanks for this Ben. I was just starting to play it due to the quick look on the site. I was getting my ass handed to me too often to be fun. I watched this stream and got some great tips and saw that I wasn't far off. Now I've gotten ahead, gotten a few upgrades, and I'm having fun.

Is the framerate janky because Ben is streaming from home? Didn't he say he just got a new gaming PC fairly recently?

Are you suppose to play this frantically or Is Ben just vary fast

I can get past a poor framerate but the black flickering is eye straining.
