I've never played a pokemon game and have the most sub-base knowledge of what's going on, but loved tuning into this because Jan is awesome and makes the whole thing weirdly compelling. Would love to see him in more stuff!!

No really, I love this feature and it's weirdly thrilling to watch even if I don't play Pokemon.

Victreebell is a Team Rocket pokemon and those are all bottom tier

I only watched the anime during the twitch marathon and havent played any of the games in years

I hadn't seen any of the previous episodes on the front page for some reason. I love all content where you all play with the community.

I have almost no interest in Pokemon but I love this series. I hope Jan is able to continue. A dose of wholesome content is nice. Well, as wholesome as making captured animals fight almost-to-death for amusement can be. :)

I doubt this series will last more than a few weeks, but i'd love it to come back when the next mainline Pokemon RPG comes out on Switch. Assuming the new game will have all the Pokemon in it would be great seeing Jan battle/use Pokemon from different gens.

Love this feature Jan, haven't played pokemon since Black/White and I never got into online, but this makes me want to.

This is the most ASMR/relaxing video series on the site and I love it. I really enjoy the community engagement as well, even if I am not playing. Keep it up Jan!

I also want to reiterate that I really like this series! It's great to see someone explain and play a game they are passionate about but that seems somewhat obtuse at first sight. Not enough of that on the site currently. Jan does a really good job explaining his thought process while also providing a very chill atmosphere.

I love that Jan has become Giantbombs resident Poke Master, I'd love to see some sort of a feature around Gen 8 when it comes out later this year!

This is a great feature! Switching up the team each week keeps it interesting... I'm actually planning to pick this game up now.

This might be my second favorite show currently running on GB. It's really smart and exciting to watch. Like my current favorite show, Ranking of Fighters, I eagerly look forward to each new episode.

Man.. I ain't even a big Pokémon fan but this is honestly one of the most entertaining show on Giant Bomb right now. So entertaining that I got the Pikachu version for Switch. So, I'm hooked now I guess :D.

Love this feature! I always wanted to get into competitive Pokemon, but never went far. I was always good at shooters and fighting games competitively, and I loved the idea of map strategy, character meta, etc...but in the actual game it almost always came down to just reflexes and strategy almost never comes into play. With Pokemon being turn-based, it's all strategy, and it seems great.

Also, this show is miles better than any try-hard Pokemon Twitch stream....assuming you can find any that aren't a borefest of shiny hunting and wonder trading to begin with!

Between this series, Ranking of Fighters, and Mass Alex, GB content is on fire right now!!

So glad this show has continued. The comments aren't numerous, but this is such a fantastic feature!

After last week I was gonna say Jan shouldn't go so hard on the community but this was perfect follow up to that. Used some B-tier pokes to give everybody a chance and the games were a lot closer and still exciting. Thanks again Jan good fights!
