5 out of 5 starsI'll preface this review by saying this: I'm not great at this game, I haven't S+ ranked a gold level, or even started much of chapter 2, but I felt a review of this game needed to get out as fast as possible simply because this is an extremely unique game and creates a feeling that I rarely experience with a videogame. This game encapsulates the speed of Sonic with the fidelity of a fighting game to produce…
Saints Row: The Third2011
4 out of 5 starsThe third instalment of the Stilwater Saints returns replete with new characters and gangs as well as a new playground, Steelport. We see the Saints resting on their laurels as champions of Stilwater and starting to become more corporate than most gangs would. After a quick kidnapping, the Saints realize they have to return to their roots and do what they do best - kick some ass. With every iteration of Saint’s Row…

All articlesRevisiting Pyre - An experimental Hades?
Jul 13, 2021
Released in 2017, Pyre was the third title in Supergiant Games history. Quickly becoming known for a strong, linear narrative filled with a colorful cast of characters and gameplay mechanics that borrowed or twisted common archetypes, it wouldn't be out of the ordinary to expect the third foray into games to be something even greater. Building upon Bastion and Transistor, Supergiant had release...
Diablo 3 - The Blog Initiative
Sep 13, 2011
So there's this new thing where Sweep gets people to participate more - blasphemous, I know. Well, I have not much to write about, apart from my avid love of Starcraft and my undying hunger to play Diablo 3. As I sit here watching Diablo 3 streams watching the same starting sequence start over and over again, I wonder to myself; is it really worth playing the beta? Poor Quality Screenshot of a...

30 Days of Gaming: Day 1
Mar 12, 2011
Your Very First Video Game Hey guys! First off, I want to give credit to Aurahack , for giving me this awesome idea - I'll try to update it everyday, but we'll see! Unfortunately I don't have the skills he possesses, so you'll have to do without the sick Photoshop images. I'll just insert pictures of puppies instead, so you can stick around for those. Joe & Mac: Caveman Ninja Ah, the memories J...
A Blizzard is nigh
Oct 28, 2010
Sigh, I kind of knew this would happen. Firstly, after I graduated I picked up WoW again. There's nothing like a MMO to suck up time. Unfortunately, at the same time, I received a Starcraft II beta key! Oh man, I sort of knew I was in some deep shit by now as I was already pumped for Diablo III. Fast forward about 3 or 4 months and I'm stuck here, disregarding almost any news of cool PS3 exclus...
